Again, untrue. The grower determines the life cycle of a photoperiod. You can induce flower immediately, or let it grow for years and never even induce flower. Autoflowers lives are predetermined by genetics primarily, and the grower has no influence over this more or less. Flipping a bloom light switch without swapping the light cycle to 12/12 has no bearing on whether the plant will flower, either. It's just giving a different spectrum of light energy to that plant.
