Getting all the water is a fucking pain. I saw this reverse osmosis filter. Are they worth it and can I use it for everything from watering to my humidifer?
?????????????????
No. Cheaper to buy distilled in the actual amount consumed by a home humidifier. LOL.Hydro Logic Stealth-RO300 Reverse Osmosis Filter, 300 GPD

By how much more cause this is a lot of gallon jugs I have to get weekly. The reviews say it purifies 2000 gallons, so after 300 gallons you've saved money from that filter forward unless I'm wrong.No. Cheaper to buy distilled in the actual amount consumed by a home humidifier. LOL.
$2 for 2.5 gals here. About 1-1.5 gals. in a whole house freestanding per week. for maybe 20 weeks. 30 gals for $24 as opposed to filter cost. Not to mention installation and care. The one I linked seemed portable enough or at least people said so. I have this fucked up deal where I am pulling cold air from outside my window or right next to my open window. It allows me to maintain 75-77 but maintaining humidity is a whole bitch. Have to run it at max to stay at 40-45.$2 for 2.5 gals here. I actually do have an air stone, what exactly do I do with it?Throw an airstone in a bucket and stop fussin.
Put it in bucket of water in your grow. Amazing the amount of water a decent pump and larger stone can create. Not openly advertised for obvious reasons.I actually do have an air stone, what exactly do I do with it?
Cool thank you I have a vivosun pump I wasnt gonna use but I'll use it for thisPut it in bucket of water in your grow. Amazing the amount of water a decent pump and larger stone can create. Not openly advertised for obvious reasons.

Never buy things that say they're engineered for pot growing. They're stupidly overpriced. You can get a much better filter here for half the price:Hydro Logic Stealth-RO300 Reverse Osmosis Filter, 300 GPD

4 Stage Value RO/DI System
BRS 4 Stage RODI Systems are perfect for reefers who have city water treated with chlorine, or relatively clean well water. Self-contained on a single bracket making them ideal for tight spaces or where a non-permanent connection may be required. Every BRS RODI system can be installed within...www.bulkreefsupply.com
That's a 4 stage RO DI unit. It produces medical grade water. I've had one very similar to it for 20 years now.
The filter you are looking at is a joke. Notice it says "UP TO" 99% purity. That's on it's most restrictive (2 to 1 waste) setting which cuts it's production from 300 gallons per day down to about 50.
The 4 stage RO-DI I at the top of my link is a constant 75 GPD and removes everything. All of it. For 150 bucks.
The PH will always be 6.5 no matter what. It will have absolutely nothing in it and it will go bad in about 3 days, so make only what you're going to use by then.
