They are dead. Changes in bookkeeping will not change that, so what's the point? Trump and his administration blocked every avenue of accurately tracking the epidemic, so people did what they could with what they had.
Are you denying that hospitals have seen elevated numbers of people being admitted for Covid-19? Are you denying that the ICUs are being filled up with people who are at risk of dying from Covi-19? Are you denying that morgues are dealing with unanticipated numbers of dead, most of the surge attributed to Covid-19? Do you have an alternate explanation for all of that?
I ask why we should go back and try to clean up garbage data? What difference will it make going forward?
