Landlord forced to evict, plants in flower. any ways to speed up the process?

the title says it all. any help would be appreciated they don't have the time I would like to give 10 weeks for a heavy effect. but it's too late anyway's to help them mature faster? yield is irrelevent. wondering how many hours of light I should cut back for maximum resin production not size i need it to be potent as opposed to large. they have been flowering for like 5 or so wks they have about 3-4 give or take. thx

Here eviction is a lengthy process, you have to issue a section 21 after two months default then book a court date to get the section 21 rubber stamped by the court. Now you can serve eviction but if Tennant's don't leave you have to go back to court for a bayliff.

You can get two extra weeks if you are not upto the final bayliff dated eviction in the UK, in America I guess they just shoot you if you don't leave so check their legal eviction process.

Any rent should still be liable to collection, the landlord can claim arrears upto eviction date in court.

Get them moved to a friend or family members house as soon as possible . Let them know you will split the stash or give them some cash after you sell it or just let them take over and ask if you can have some of it when they are done growing it. Good luck!

That's what I was wondering too. I was guessing because they were growing weed, but that's just a guess.

With all this COVID crap going on they may have a difficult time evicting. I know the sheriff out here said they won't evict anyone during this crisis. Not sure how it is where you are but may be worth checking into. Maybe you can stall for more time.
