I've gotten alot of mixed answers. I've used it 4 times in 5 years but never noticed the plants having an issue with it

I got to know, what is the point of growing them so tall if your root zone is so limited? Surely you could shave a week off by just bending them if it's tops you're after. Lights look cool. floor spotless.I go into my room multiple times during lights out with green strip lights. No issues whatsoever
