So I have been reading for days. I have two autos. I have never grown autos before. Do I take off fan leaves or ??? They are in flower now.

I'm on my first auto grow too. GG autos. Two different mediums and two different sized pots.

Your plant doesn't have many leaves to start with, I'd leave it alone.

Good morning.

No don't defoliate. But back off on that nitrogen. Its causing weird growth in the buds.

The leaves being that dark green is a major sign of nitrogen toxicity. Which will cause issues in flowering like funky leaves growing out of your buds.
