Cob led lights or cob pie?

So X-Mas comes early for me and moving into a house so no more closet grows.
So cause I'm turning my garage into the grow and clone room and one of the bedrooms into budding and I figure I'll break each rroom into sq fts and have a light for every 16 sq ft so I'd like to know is witch cob led light got good penitration and what wattage is good to cover 16 sq ft.

You'll want around 480 watts of quality led light per 16 sq ft area. Rule of thumb is 30-40 watts per square ft.

Timber is where I would go for a COB LED.

The Redwood puts you right at 40 watts per sqft when at full power.

One thing to consider with LED lighting is how far you want to run the light from the canopy. If you are tight on vertical space then you may want to look into a light like the Fluence Spydr 2i as it can be used at 6 - 12 inches from the canopy where many lights need to be >28 inches from the canopy.
