Yes another one. I have done extensive research on this subject and am slightly confused and was hoping there were some people who could kind of set some info straight. And potentially save me a bit or work.
Ok first off I am running 5000 w of HPS lights (2 dimlux 3 old school xxxl's) in a 20x11x8 well insulated garage area, 5 separate beds, lights are not cooled and have no glass on xxxl's. I am in soil. The garage is separated from the house. I have an exhaust fan of 840cfm's on a charcoal filter. I have an 8 in intake, active to help cool room as my outside temps are low and an 10000 BTU AC unit which gets vented outside by a 6in ducting. I am running CO2 at around 1100-1200ppm, I am not exhausting while doing so.
The room temperature daytime (lights on) is typically around 75-85 (ambient room and like soil level on beds) all day, but I'll get 90-95 directly under one or two of the lights/beds towards end of day cycle. The humidity during lights on is like say 50-65% for the first hour or 3 (after watering) and then sinks to like 30-40% sometimes as low as 28%, I AM IN COLORADO. Lights off I run 62-70 degrees and 40-50% humidity. We are talking DIRECTLY under lights at hottest point, middle of the bed for the 90-95's.
With these parameters does it seem like I should have more exhaust fan?
Am I ok running hot ( 95) under a few areas with the CO2? esp. if room is still only like 80 degrees? Is this going to effect yield, THC level etc.... I have heard temps up to even 95 COULD be ok running CO2, not sure of this?
I have another AC unit I can hook up, it'll just be a bit of a hassle to hook up exhaust right now and would love to avoid doing it if it is not utterly necessary. I know I"ll need it in the summer but really did not think I'd need to use it in winter.
