Thanks. I work in healthcare. I have been living in the fucking lamest of lame central Oklahoma town for almost 2 years and been looking for a long time to leave . I signed on with a 2 year bonus and it’s just shy of 2 years so it’s a good time and I can’t believe I even made it this far. These are the dumbest people I have ever met in my life . Dumb and boring with no culture . I was offered a couple other gigs . One in MN and one in Ithica NY but turned them down due to various reasons . This job checks a lot more of my boxes . It’s not purrrfect but it could be my free ticket out of here for now before I lose my fucking mind. I could start the new year off with a new job in a much more fun place.

mynew waterfarm kit is coming today as well.

This Chemdawg actually has some same qualities my Northern Lights has.

I jarred up what I think is about 5 oz. the rest is still drying . So I think we may have yielded about 10 to 14 oz. not as bad as I thought. But the quality varies quite a bit. Lots of little popcorn nugs with some really beautiful bigger flowers like this.

Thanks. I am asking for A good cure and good smoke report. My eyes have taken a beating. I got some plant dust in one eye yesterday and it was very painful. Trichomes must have gotten stuck to my eyeball and I couldn’t wash it off. I thought it had recovered today but not completely, it’s still pulsating and dried out.

That’s much better than me.I was not very good about eye protection so I took a hot shower and aimed the shower head at my eyeball and massaged and cleaned it out really well for 5 minutes , placing my hand over my nose and mouth so that I wouldn’t drown..and wow ! What a relief .

cut open the Gorilla shipping box because I was hoping all the parts would be in the bag so that I could throw out the cardboard box but unfortunately the poles are not in the tent bag so I taped it back up. They did a smart thing here with shipping by including the cardboard runner under the flaps so when you go to cut it open you don’t cut the bag and tent. I have done that before , and I am sure I have not been the only one. Once you make that mistake once, you remember . So I was careful.

the jars are hanging in at 60%humidity steady right now . Inside my jars I keep a temp/humidity gauge and

I am starting to get excited because the smell from the jars is so delicious !! And it’s so sticky . We trashed all the pot shop wedding cake we’d because it gave me headaches and it smelled so bad ! Isn’t it weird how these growers can make their product look so damn good but it’s really horrible. I think it’s because of strange chemicals they add .

Gross. That stuff can give you all sorts of health problems . I examine all of it really well under my microscope and it looked real good . I didn’t see any foul play but the one batch I got in OKC smelled so bad . I stored them both in a small glass jar and when I would initially open it up it would wafft out a really nasty moldy smell but then a minute later that would go away and it wouldn’t smell
So bad but that initial repulsive smell was enough for me to realize that although the stuff looked really good something was really wrong .

Jeez! That’s just terrible, dispensaries here are bad too. I hate giving them anything, at a minimum the bud is always at least unflushed, harsh, and won’t fully burn. Then if you unlucky it may be stunted and even seen actual spider mite webbing!

we were talking about what to pop next grow and Chucky wants to pop one wedding cake and one blue dream . That sounds like a really good combination in the new tent to me!

So our wedding cake clones are cruising nicely. They have that happy look. No joke, that strain is impressive and I’m really happy about how “available” it is. Great genetics shouldn’t be hoarded! I have a pack of something called puta breath 2.0 which is wedding cake x mendo breath f3. Hoping for a male in there and you know the rest of the story. I’ll get a pic of the twins later.
Yes, that sounds like a winning pair! Pop those two!

I saw the term PGR (plant growth retardant). People used these long time ago to make their cannabis more dense. Nasties. Very nasties. Pretty sure they use it still but sparingly and only in a certain time window these days to make it visibly unnoticeable. Before you were able to spot it easily.

I am not discouraged. I realize I popped a bad seed. I am looking forward to diving into some of the jarred lightly cured stash this weekend . I just need a change . I grew an amazing Blue Dream this past summer and journaled the entire grow here , exclusively in rollitup . She yielded me 22 oz and was off the charts brilliant in every way.
Now this Chemdawg yielded me maybe 10 oz. I know my friend here, Rschid ,grew the sister seed from the same seed company I got mine and got a serious mean lady that was brilliant in every way . He got lucky, me not so much . I still have plenty of seeds of the Chemdog and will get to popping another later this year. Maybe with another one of my Northern Lights Because the one I popped was real good but vey leafy. It all makes me wonder if feminized seeds are much more elusive to finding a gem . Or the strains I am growing are? It’s all a little bit over my head . I just like to grow with a simply plan to keep it alive e and not so much into the breeding technicality’s .
