What case? Without specific allegations and proof, there is no case, that's why they've been thrown out. Doubt all you like, but bring proof and don't lie to the judge.
Cant someone sue someone when there is an unfounded accusation brought forward? The lawsuits that should follow would be fun coffee time reads.

They might, in the states all you need to do is preface a statement with I think or I believe, to get off the hook for liable. If Donald said a state official was corrupt, he could be sued, Donald can be sued out of existence for half the things he said, I don't recall, I think or believe in much of it, just straight up accusations of criminal activity, Obama could sue him FFS.

They only blathered in public and spoke carefully in court, everybody knows its bullshit and a waste of time. Donald is still raising lots of money from the rubes for the count coup con, $175 million from suckers so far, all from regular people, no big money there, they left already. One stupid bastard gave them 3 million and is trying to get his money back, they offered 1 million to settle.

Many cases have been heard and overturned. Don't count the Court out. It will be very interesting to see how it goes. Having doubt about a close Election is just not right.

Luckily Trump has failed at everything he has done and lost everything he has had given to him. I don't see him being any better at a revolutionary.

Roger Stone Blasts Barr for 'Blocking for the Deep State'

President Donald Trump’s longtime ally Roger Stone accused Attorney General William Barr of “blocking for the deep state” because he asserted he’d not yet found evidence of widespread voter fraud.

In a video message posted to the social media platform Parler, Stone — whose prison sentence was commuted by Trump in July — declared there’s a “two-tiered justice system” in America.

“No, we have a two-tiered justice system and Bill Barr’s job is to block for the deep state,” Stone declared.

“Which is why the Durham ploy was quite clever, [U.S. Attorney] Mr. [John] Durham has taken three years to produce nothing whatsoever when he has overwhelming evidence of both treason and crime,” he claimed.

“And now Mr. Durham’s job is to bury all of it after the election.

“Bill Barr you get what you expected,” Stone said.

Of course there are some that are in full agreement with Stone. I had to put things in perspective fore them, sure I will hear about it.

"Yeah, it is all a CONSPIRACY because we know DEMOCRATS always CHEAT but we are NOT GOOD ENOUGH to catch them at it.

You know, maybe it is not them, maybe it is us?"

Nobody is talking about this shit on the democratic side now that they know they have secured the election, the republicans appear to be digging their own graves in Georgia. Trump pardoning his family and cronies before new voter registration even closes in Georgia, must be making Mitch freak out as much as the shit Trump and Stone are stirring up in Georgia. The democrats don't want the base excited, they don't want to cause them to draw together under assaults by a common enemy. There will be lot's of time to address Trump's pardons, if you win the senate they can hold hearings on them, call the clowns to the witness stand and publicly clean them out or let them lie and bust them.

None of the real pros are overly concerned about pardons, sure some might get away with federal crimes, but to the intelligence community it is more important to get all the details. If the Trump family is pardoned, they still have to file income taxes this spring and that might be problematic from a legal perspective. Trump cannot pardon himself and the crimes covered go no further than the date on the pardon, he cannot pardon for future crimes. For federal income tax the statue of limitations won't apply to Trump for decades of returns, if he continuously committed tax fraud until recent years, it opens up the past too. Donald alone would be left holding the bag for a lot of things, everybody else got a pardon and Trump will be the sucker holding the bad for them.

The soft talk coming from the democratic side is to keep Donald from freaking, even talk of a pardon etc, might moderate his behavior. It will also help to keep those Trump voters home who might not show up if Trump is not on the ballot, he has a cult. It will be interesting to see what he does this weekend when he goes to Georgia for a couple of rallies. I'm betting Trump will make it worse and bitch and whine about his election, not theirs. When Donald gets in front of a crowd after this absence and emotional need, I expect his impulses will overwhelm any plans Mitch might have had for him to help win Georgia. If Donald plays ball, it must mean Mitch promised him something big and Donald bought it, Donald and his cult attacking Georgia election officials and having them speak out forcefully, must be causing them some distress.

"It was all a conspiracy against me. I want the first year that was stolen from me."

Right now the Republicans want to keep Trump from blowing things up. Not going out of their way saying Trump lost. I am confused with Barr. It is almost he cares about how history will view him, that he does care about the norms that keep the country civil. Trump doesn't care, it is all about survival. And to hit back at anyone that hurt him, I almost forgot about that. It is a long time before the senate election, once the polls are closed that week will have fireworks. The Republicans can say the king is insane. Until then it is pretty much The Trump Show. I am curious how many Republican representatives really believe, drank Trump's coolaid. I can guess the one that was elected recently with the QAnon leanings is fruity. I wonder how far the ones that are just playing the game will go with dividing the country?

It's almost like Trump thinks everyone will fall for his nonsense that he did not have the House and Senate under his control those first two years in office.

tRUmp does not own Barr or control him, Barr is owned by rich donors and the GOP. When tRUmps and Barrs priorities don't mesh, Barr will throw tRUmp under the bus. tRUmp is a useful idiot for more than one puppet master.
