Wow, sorry to say you need more light, at the very least. It's your first grow, you will learn and do better. This is 4 weeks into flower with the HLG-550:

Looks fine, just make sure you dont harvest early. Week 8 of flower is not harvest. When she says she's done, is when you harvest, unless circumstances dictate otherwise.

You said it was an autoflower. What did you switch? Hopefully not the light schedule to 12/12.

Your claiming it vegged for 3 months and is an auto.

I just dont think that's the case.

Sounds more like a photo that has shown its sex.
