That plant is infested. Personally I'd throw it out and look at treating any of the rest that were near it.

I mean you could try some spinosad, but it looks like a pretty thorough infestation.

I am wondering about my one plant. I have a few and the other are growing very well without issues. This one is getting to my nerves though I don't know what's going on or what to do to help it.

It is a small plant, you should be able to see some worm probably if you look close. I would clean it up use spinosad if it's a worm, personally would not throw it out

If this is showing up this early on, I suggest you do something for preventative maintenance. Once the pests get into your grow, they multiply and spread quickly, and they are a pain to deal with. I use neem oil foliar spray and root drench on a weekly basis through the second week of flower I use DynaGro brand, but there are others that are good quality (for example on Amazon prime). Not everyone agrees with using it, so read about the pros and cons. If you apply it as foliar spray, be sure that the lights are off until the leaves are dry, otherwise the leaves will get burned.
