Help please. Aussie ballast and lights ? Digital vs magnetic ?

What ballasts and lights are aussies using. . . Found grow lush was the cheapest at 150 for 600 watt with digital ballast and bulbs mh and hps.

I dont care about the heat or the noise of the magnetic ballasts as i can conceal it.

I do not want to spend 400 500 bucks per 600 watt light at this stage. And have heard digital grow lush units block AM radio stations for up to 50 meters. And blow/burn bulbs and are of poor quality.

I need advice from aussies as ive spent hours on every hydro website and ebay au.

Please help guys i just need quality and 1 gram per watt kind of lights that wont run me broke..

Don't buy the cheapest gear you can unless you like replacing broken shit mid run.

I have had terrible luck with nanolux gear, I had bought 12 of their DE HPS lights, the ballasts were dying and I was doing warranty replacements and having to replace the replacements. After doing well over 16 replacements I started replacing them with Phantom or Sun System ballasts that have not failed.

Hey mate fellow Aussie here. Stay away from Growlush shit.

I picked up a heap of Hi-Par 600w 400v ballasts 2nd hand at good price, but they are pricey new.

Also have some Lucius, Nanolux ballasts that go alright.

I would even go the Digi-Lumen cheap ballasts over Growlush. Anything but Growlush you should be fine.

Oh God yeh. I made the same mistake. Growlush bulbs are terrible. Buy the Philips Navi-son or buy off Amazon and get quality. Everything under GL grows crap
