I was waiting patiently all afternooon for her lights to come on. She has really packed on the weight! Checking the Trichomes I see many ambers! Her overall appearance tells me she has really swelled to a point I feel like she is ready to come down.
Tomorrow! I am really excited and looking forward to a fun day harvesting .
Her scent is overwhelming and so gaseous it burns my eyes. I should wear my P100 respiratory and shield . Shit but it If do that than they will smell at work. So best just work fast and take a lot of smoke breaks .

Thank you !
chop day.
Being the first time I grew with my tent in the closet I forgot I took all my dry rack out of the closet and hung them into the other closet.

Time to improvise !

My 2 handy wood frame scrog screen might work perfectly . I restrung one into positions I think will work well for hanging . The other is ready to get stung but I am going to wait to string it until I see how things are looking with the top frame when it’s up inside the tent .

we cleaned the studio up and prepared for the job at hand.

deep breaths, it’s been quite a journey.

thank you all for your help, participation and kind and positive support.:leaf:

Wow, you're not wrong.

She has really swollen up and is double the plant she was 2 weeks ago.

Well played and she will reward you nicely it appears.

Thanks, she surprised me in the end. But Still a runt. The rootball is much smaller then I am used to and they are stained darker then usual as well which makes me wonder about the nutrient I was using being old ,like I thought or just her being overly sensitive .

I have received some new nutes for the next grow and they are in a pint size and hopefully fresher.

We got all prepared to trim but never did . I sawed her into sections and hung her up and that’s it for today because I realized I had trimmed so much off her already it was kind of pointless to trim off anymore.

she just absolutely REEKs.

I do have the odor filter I could run but don’t want to dry out the air. She is tucked away real nice in the corner of the apartment which works out great . And I got out some of my extra white plastic grow room paper and made a make shift door to the closet

It is raining outside which is so helpful because it is so dry around here. I usually run a small dehumidifier to slow the dry down .

the smell actually made me nauseous and gave my really bad cramps , I could t believe it! That has never happened before. I wonder what else she has in-store for me.

Hey Doc,
Congrats on making it to the finish line!
That's one crazy looking girl you have there.
I've never seen a scrog plant with it's screen removed. o_O
I hope she has the smoke you are looking for in there.
Anxious to hear your smoke report.
Cheers,
WillieP
ThNks. It’s been a kind hard run to the finish line. Thank goodness it’s over! Keepin her cool and moist. I do not want to rush the dry. The dry and cure is what separates the amateurs and commercial greed from the Connoisseur home grown goodness. All the stuff I have been getting at the local pot shops is so very poorly dried and cured. I see what they are up to . They chop up their bud flowers into little nuglets that dry out super fast and turn to solid rocks and breaks it your hands like powdery dust. Pathetic! I like keeping my buds nice an fat big flowers , that you don’t see in the shops

today she looks even frostier and smells even better.

Unfortunately I havent got to sample very much because of my job. The few times I have, it has been very effective. I did ask a friend to give me her critique. She had this to say. "Tasts limey with a hint of mint/fresh. Mild and mellow with an enjoyable prolonged stone. Feels manageably zoned out and calm." I found it very smooth and almost instant effects, almost too strong for a lightweight like me and it seemed to last a long time. For me it started out as a real head rush, made me get up and clean everything and then mellowed into a nice body high.

I think I may have cut mine a little too soon, but probably a good thing as it was developing some bud rot. Probably would have lost more if I had let it go longer. I started my next girl about 10 days ago. Decided to try an indica dominant, so went with White Widow. My 2 previous grows were sativa and I wanted to try something different. Think I will start a blue dream about when I flip this one. Congrats on you grow Doc. You are such an inspiration and your grows are always so much fun.20201202_184443.jpg

My husband sampled some yesterday and he was stoned immaculate . This stuff is very very sticky . I trimmed just a few branches yesterday and got a massive amount of scissor hash. He told me it tasted like coffee bean and grapefruit and very tasty . I need to dig in tonight and trim up some more. It’s starting to dry up pretty good and I was hoping to slow it down so moved the humidifier into the bathroom.

Thanks . Appreciate the kind words . I am a bit disappointed with everything that happened and the yield looks pathetic. Lots of small airy buds. Can’t win em all . The blue dream I grew was absolutely brilliant in every way. Hope the next grow will be a better one . Good luck with your White Widow. She looks like she is starting off really well!

Scissor Hash is always pretty good if u can get enough of it. If u can save it for the next morning it's that muuch better. With coffee of course !

Don't be disappointed! Wait 4 the smoke report ! :eyesmoke: :peace:

Ok, I will try not to be disappointed . thanks for the positive vibes. It’s pretty tricky Trying to trim this up with leaving the long dried up leaves on for several days. I have to use my scissors to pick into the buds to pull them out and snip. These are quite airy density buds so no issues with bud rot and glad to say no nanners either. Still have a lot to trim, so glad the weekend is here! My new tent arrives today but I am not going to unpack it yet because I might be moving. Got another job offer today and could get the fuck out of this lame place very very soon. Fingers crossed they give me the money I require for my services .

Thanks. I work in healthcare. I have been living in the fucking lamest of lame central Oklahoma town for almost 2 years and been looking for a long time to leave . I signed on with a 2 year bonus and it’s just shy of 2 years so it’s a good time and I can’t believe I even made it this far. These are the dumbest people I have ever met in my life . Dumb and boring with no culture . I was offered a couple other gigs . One in MN and one in Ithica NY but turned them down due to various reasons . This job checks a lot more of my boxes . It’s not purrrfect but it could be my free ticket out of here for now before I lose my fucking mind. I could start the new year off with a new job in a much more fun place.

mynew waterfarm kit is coming today as well.
give Cleeks a nice long scratching for me please .
