LST ?

So my girls had really stunted a bit and leaves were turning all yellow on the bottom. Everything pointed to a nitrogen deficiency. The first set of pics were from 8 days ago. I ordered some plant food to help and it’s done wonders to perk them up. I fed them on Monday night and again last night. It says for deficiencies to feed for 3 waterings but I’m wondering if it makes sense to continue with waterings for the rest of veg stage then switch to the bloom formula. Maybe cut back a little on the amount of food after the 3 waterings? Also plan on starting so LST soon and wondering when you guys think they’ll be ready without to much risk of doing it pre mature. I have some pics of the nodes close up if anyone thinks it’ll be helpful. Had to hold it to less than 10 pics.

I would take it easy on the food this way you don’t have a build up of nutrients. And you can start some LST now by petting the leaves downwards to open them up then when u starts getting tops/bud sites you can continue the same way then tie them down when you feel there ready.

It looks like you just transplanted them ? Yes. Well I would not feed them again until a week or two, Seems to be a problem here people using to many nutrients you need some but to much will do more harm than good. If you did just transplant let them breath for a few day after you fed them.

You will notice they will come back nice and green. this my Opinion and only my Opinion. I've been doing this grow stuff for almost 40 years now and I use 20-20-20 plant food by Peters it works great with HP or sunshine mix the thing is to not over fert. or shit can go wrong fast and it will be much harder to come out of it.
In flower I use the Blossom Booster from peters also it's always worked great as long as you don't over do it. you will be happy with the results.

Good Luck.

Thanks for the input, I transplanted them about 2 weeks ago. They were a little on the smaller side when I did it but seemed stunted with the small seedling pots. It’s my first run so any opinion from someone that’s been doing it for a long time is appreciated.
