Aphids in bud

Hi. I am already harvesting and some buds are infested. Is there something more efficient I can do than spraying them down?

Did a wash today with H202 warm water followed by a fresh cold water wash. Here were the results. As we can see the H202 took care of the bulk of the crap from the ash and such. The fresh water rinsed the 1st wash off and offered additional cleaning. But look how clear that second bucket...

Got this off another site with someone explaining the how to on the ratio. May not be the simplest answer.
“A five minute pre-bath in a dilute (0.05 percent) hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) solution will disinfect and wash away pest feces, bacteria, dust, etc. Remove branches from the H2O2 bath and gently rinse with a spray of water. The spray bath will not affect resin production. Gently jiggle buds after rinsing to shake off any standing water. To prevent fungus and bud blight, remove large leaves and wash the garden early in the day to allow excess water to dry before nightfall. If bud mold (botrytis) is visible, carefully remove infected bud an inch below damage. Remove contaminated growth from garden and destroy. Wash hands. Insert “amputated” branches in H2O2 bath.”

Buds infested with aphids need to go in the trash. Aphids leave too much crap that you'll likely not be able to wash away if they're in the buds. Aphids are pretty easy to deal with when they're on the leaves. But if they've infested the buds those buds would be tossed if it was me.

Thank you for your opinion, I washed them, they look fine and will try them in some time, I think it shouldn't be such a problem for me. We'll see
