Yet another sweeping statement claiming election fraud. So, here's another laugher when the case is given a hard look with consequences if lawyers lie:
in Michigan the Trump campaign has tried to allude to improprieties in a major city in a state it won in 2016, but lost this year. In Michigan's case: Detroit.
In this case, Trump is attempting to throw out literally hundreds of thousands of votes. All of the votes cast in Detroit were put at risk when Republican election assessors asserted that Trump's claims were valid. Of course, they weren't in court and until they signed off on throwing those votes out, they weren't required to be honest. Anyway, in court, this is what was said:
"This court finds that while there are assertions made by the plaintiffs that there is no evidence in support of those assertions," said Judge Timothy Kenny in denying a request to delay certification of election results.
"On this factual record, I have no basis to find that there's a substantial likelihood of success on the merits as relates to this defendant, nor am I convinced that there is a clear legal duty on behalf of anyone who is properly before this court to manage this issue," said Judge Cynthia Stephens in denying a separate request to stop the state's vote counting."
Here are direct quotes from a summary filing on this case:
In the present case, Plaintiffs allege that the preparation and submission of "duplicate ballots" for "false reads" without the presence of inspectors of both parties violates both state law, MCL 168. 765a ( 10), and the Secretary of State election manual. However, Plaintiffs fail to identify the occurrence and scope of any alleged violation The only "substantive" allegation appears in paragraph 15 of the First Amended Complaint, where Plaintiffs' allege "on information and belief' that hundreds or thousands of ballots have been impacted by this improper practice. Plaintiffs' Supplemental Motion fails to present any further specifics. In short, the motion is based upon speculation and conjecture. Absent any evidence of an improper practice, the Court cannot identify if this alleged violation occurred, and, if it did, the frequency of such violations. Consequently, Plaintiffs fail to move past mere apprehension of a future injury or to establish that a threatened injury is more than speculative or conjectural.
So, Trump has nothing and he's feeding that to his followers. He's pumping his followers for MONEY in order to PAY DEBTS.
Biden will be prez by the afternoon of January 20, 2021 whether you admit he is or not. The person who is committing fraud and corrupt acts while in office is Trump.
