Grow tent setup

First off let me think everybody in advance for any advice you can give me. So I have recently build a 3 x5 grow tent for flowering and a 3x3 veg tent. In my 3x5 I will be running a thousand watt lamp with a lumatek digital dimmable ballast I'm XXL Raptor reflector. I'm running two 6in inline fans one to draw out the Heat connected directly to the light and the second to bring fresh air into the tent. Now I have decided to go hydroponic for the first time with this one so I built a 3'x3'x8" flood table with a removable srcog net. Because I wanted to get my table as low as possible and have easier access to my Reservoir . I will be using a condensat pump to recirculate the runoff water back to my reservoir. That way I can keep my reservoir outside of the tent and my table will sit only 8 inches off the ground just enough room for the pump to fit. I have a portable air conditioner and small space heater along with the inkbird temperature controller. Now that is my basic setup so I guess my question would be as far as wiring goes what is the best surge protectors to use should I have a battery backup surge protector And I've been noticing both the pH and PPM of the runoff water or my seedlings in the rockwool has been rising. Is this normal if not how do you fix it. I soaked the cubes 4 24-hours in 5.5 pH solution drain them out and let them sit for about another five hours in a 5.5 nutrient-rich solution. also if I could get any ideas on how to run more efficiently and keep my Reservoir water a little warmer I would really appreciate it.

I forgot to mention I will be using a 30 gallon Reservoir with four air stones and 2 submersible pumps. Because this is a legal grow I have to follow the guidelines set forth by my state. So I will only be running for plants in flower at a time and using the smaller tent clones. Here are a few pictures of the setup to give you a basic idea of what I'm talking about.

I also purchased a CO2 system that I would like to run but not sure if I will be able to. During the test runs that I have done the only way for me to run CO2 is to run the inline fan that sucks air from the room through the light all the way out the other end. so I have an enclosed room that. But if I do this I would have to pull my second inline fan that blows fresh air into the room out of the room because it blows my tent up like a balloon LOL. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

No way to run CO2 with a IN/OUT style grow room. You could technically use a generator but that would even be wasteful due to it being sucked out. You’d need the levels to be around 1400 ppm so that’s not feasible. Have you considered a sealed grow room style?

I like the pvc holder scrog combo, your own design?

Yeah I was thinking of that is going to be my only option. I was just hoping to still be able to run fresh air into the room I have a portable air conditioner in there but that isn't the same LOL.
