Not a lot to go on, but im on my first grow too. Im not a pro yet, but i feel like i reached Novice level through trial an error.
Your perlite/soil mixture looks off at glance. I mix a shit ton of perlite in my mix for more airy soil, dries quicker.
Since you are early in veg? I would check the PH of your water, check the PH of water from runoff too to get an idea of your soils PH.
9 times out of 10, its PH. or over feeding.
Got a good light? Keep plants away by 18in- 22in during veg , and i dont blast my plants in veg with intense light. It seemed that 'cloudy' conditions (25% -50% light strength) helped my veg plants flourish.

Thanks Man, i went With the FFOF FOR THE SOIL and i didnt Add anything to it, so add more perlite??

Also How can i mix In perlite if i already Transplanted to a 5 gallon pot? Just started in my closet ordering a grow tent next week to manage a little better.

to late this round ,lesson learned next time 3 scoops ocean forest 1 scoop perlite then toss all around and ur good to go.
