Who taught you to improvise?? Good work! I also use coat hangers sometimes. Lol. I usually top before I bend. I top early like 4th node. Then you get four big branches which you can bend. Then that gives you more areas to do whatever ya want.

Looks like your plant is healthy but needs more light, eventually anyhow to get something worth your time. There is quite a bit or space in between those nodes. Also, sounds like your new. If so, I would just follow a tried and true method using something simple like twisty ties. But that's totally just opinion. Happy growing

Yes, you can transplant. Myths be damned. I do bare root when called for in flower.

I suggest you learn to top with LST. Get multiple colas instead of one. And you can create art from plants. Or just monsters. I suggest a better, white, light when able. Looking good so far. Grow your way. Peace.

Topping is a much easier way to control the canopy if you ask me, but there's nothing wrong with that. I would get better light when you can, but that blurple will still grow weed.

I like to use wire attached to the pot, and then pipe cleaners to attach to the stems.

The pipe cleaners can be wound pretty tight and will not hurt the plant.



Don't veg too long or it will be a mess to trim.

Try spring steel paper clips to anchor ties on your pots. No more drilling and infinitely adjustable.
