My Lumatek ballast already FAILED!

Your ballasts are burning up because the breaker running your ballasts are wired incorrectly!!! You can’t have a neutral wire (white wire) on your 240 volt breakers supplying the ballasts

Might save people more money in the future I don’t ever visit forums but stumbled on this one. The only thing strange is people not reading wiring requirements when plugging in a miniature power transformer but thanks for the warm welcome

Huh? What does the color of the insulation have to do with anything? Yeah it's an old thread but seriously, a 240 volt feed is a 240 volt feed, regardless of the wire insulation color. If the ballast ran for a while then it's not the wiring, IMO just a defective ballast. Happens.
