Is it an outdoor grow? Not sure it will get firmer buds without strong lightWeek 7 into flower.
They seem loose and not getting bigger. Im expecting these calyx to swell up. Might be a landrace from the carribean. Must be mostly stativa. Opinions and advice much appreciated. Agree on the weak genetics. Going to look for a magnifying glass or loupe today. Will post pics.Sorry, looks like week genetics. Definitely sativa so normally a longer flower but those somehow look mostly mature. What do the trichomes look like?
Alternating tap water (7.4 pH) and fox farm tiger bloom (6.0 pH). I have a lot of pics. Anything in particular I should take a pic of that could give some better insight? What r u feeding? Week 7 do you have other pics?
16 weeks! That’s 9 more weeks. I’d be looking at 2nd week of January 2021. I’m in the lower north east. My state just voted to legalize recreational.I think it is fine. My sativa did that on an outdoor grow and i let it go for 16 WEEKS. It was worth the wait.
Yes outdoor. I build a small green house using the white 55% opaque 4mm plastic. I keep it inside at night and rainy days. Placed a small heater inside to keep it warm when it gets cold. At this time of year there’s barely any sun hitting it. I’d bring it inside but not sure it’s worth the $1000 indoor grow set up. I’d probably be better off purchasing better seeds and starting a new grow indoors. Time to go research indoor setups. Then convince the lady of the house. Is it an outdoor grow? Not sure it will get firmer buds without strong light
In the beginning I was adjusting the pH. I would use a small amount of the fox farm grow big. It’s acidic and just a teaspoon to a gallon of tap water was giving me 6.5ish pH. Then I repotted and added the espoma acidic pH addendum. Figured it’ll save me the trouble of adjusting each watering.I was going to say foliage looks like high PH. Using Bloom alone won’t help you with this strain. It looks of pure sativa my friend - a delicacy
It's hard to say... Not sure of the strain or lighting. In the beginning I was adjusting the pH. I would use a small amount of the fox farm grow big. It’s acidic and just a teaspoon to a gallon of tap water was giving me 6.5ish pH. Then I repotted and added the espoma acidic pH addendum. -What should I be adding to the watering as at this point?
-Is it worth the effort and cost?
-Without the perfect lighting will nutes alone carry me through flower with better buds in the end?
-would defoliating at this stage be beneficial? Considering less light I’m think the extra leaves help?
Probably need some more K. Maybe I’ll pick up the potash addendum and top dress.
Thanks for the replies. They might not fatten up. Sativa's can have airy buds and take a long time to finish. That doesn't make them weak genetics.
Not even close to being closeSacrificed a lower bus for experimental testing. Just received my Carson LED hand help microscope 60-120x. Photos are at 60X. The k ok boy one at 120x is the brown hair.
