Depending on your humidity levels, when you jar up your harvest you could be burping them every 3-4 hours in the beginning. I've got 2 jars that I only open now to get a good nose hit, turn, and inspect for degradation. They were harvested September 26th and jarred up on the 4th. Slow dry, long slow cure, can make decent bud mature into some decent smoke, and can make good shit, blow your mind.
Also, 2 weeks since the chop and they're still in the drying box(environment)?!? How are you drying? What are your temps and humidity? I only ask because if ileave mine in the box for two weeks I would end up with some crumbly, powdery, over dryed, bud dust that will never cure properly.
