This looks more purple than anything I can't tell exactly what this is is this a phosphorus deficiency or is this nutrient burn?

Almost looks like genetics.... doesnt look particularly unhealthy in any way. I would just wait and see what happens.

See the light color between the leaf veins? That’s mag def usually cured by Epsom. 1 tablespoon per gallon.

No and actually they've been praying to the Gods over the last few days so everything seems fine just these purple tips are freaking me out and the stalks are real purple to but I've heard it could be because my room could be getting a little cold at night too. But they look fairly healthy so I'm not exactly freaking out

Stalks purple also mag def. symptom.

go buy Epsom salt today! You need it before it gets worse. Make sure it’s not scented etc.

It's still green and wood colored at the bottom the higher I get the brighter the purple until the top which is straight purple

I do not associate purple stems with healthy plants. There are few exceptions.

I have a strong opinion about purple plants that I cannot back with evidence.

If those were my plants, I'd probably transplant. That's my best advice based on my experience.
