Water less. I’m not sure how often you are watering, but they definitely look over watered. Feel your plant when you water and give it a few days until the plant is light to the touch. Water again.

Over watering can kill her unfortunately, it starves the roots of oxygen and can lead to rotting and even mold. Just let your pot dry out before watering again. You’ll notice as the plant drinks the water up, she will be perky. When she’s thirsty, you’ll notice the leaves starting to droop. Water when the leaves start drooping or just before.
