These Buds Ready for the Cut Natural Grow

I am on my 1st grow so I'm no expert...but it looks to me like that 1st picture is trying to reveggitate. I found a small plant in my yard (about as tall as a pencil) that was pushing out tiny white hairs, so I plucked it and brought it inside put it under at night and it grew new weird looking leaves. Now its a short wide bush.
I can't really tell in the 2nd if that's done, or those are new white hairs coming out in an attempt to fatten up for you

Wow....
Looks like they didnt have nearly enough light throughout the grow.
Been a while since i seen a grow that looks that bad... no offense.

You know your not supposed to smoke the leaves right? Nothing good in those. I honestly cant even see the buds to tell u if they are ready or not.

The bud is going to be real good compared to the leaves.
