Half the time customer support even for American companies is routed to a call center in India. I don't know about this particular company.

Please list any reputable American based LED grow light manufacturers who outsources their customer support to India or Pakistan.

I've never dealt with HLG, but when you call Timber, a lot of times Dan, the owner answers the phone.

I don't know any. It was more an off the cuff comment regarding customer service. American LED grow light companies are not big enough to need to outsource their customer support.

Morning followers
Day 16 of flower in the 2x2 tent under the Mars Hydro Ts1000. The girls are soaking up those rays it provides nicely. The budlets are packing on pistols and I think the “stretching phase” is pretty much over now and they should start concentrating on putting on bud weight soon. They’ll get their organic top dressing on Monday as scheduled with the watering. But for now they’re enjoying every bit of light this Mars Hydro Ts1000 can throw at them. I love this light!!
