so, looks like its either dirty af or has some insect problems.

if you want to save it, like if you have reason to believe its good genetics. you could def still save it. top it, supercrop it, get it under a trelllis, keep it under 18/6 and gentle veg lighting and treat it every lights off with a rotation of organic non-toxic insecticides. looks like its in decent mix that is too dry i would start watering and feeding it too... then flip it to flower once its fully recovered.
