do you have any 4 x 2 white grow tents. I mean white on the outside? The industry really needs to make tents more interesting then just Black. I have a camouflage one made by Gorilla. It was a limited edition.
what i REALLY want is a zombie theme tent but i realize that is asking a bit much at this point. Instead, i thought perhaps if I can get a White Tent then I would able to customize it easier. I could paint it myself.
Just having a white "canvas" like outside would be a lot more helpful then solid black. Thanks!

I have the spiderfarmer 4000 v1 model without the inbuilt dimmer, am quite happy with the product have completed two flowering cycles coming up to a third with it. Not having the dimmer and having to dim the two drivers for each side of the board kinda sucks, but isn't the worst in the world.

My only complaint seems to lie with the heatsink not being adequate enough, so I run a small fan on the top of it. Have they beefed up the heatsink at all with the v2? or does it still get crazy hot to the touch without a fair bit of moving air over it?

Who Does that,you must let it cure at least a week in jars to get an accurate results. Tested 23.7% THC. My whole crop is gonna cure another 2-3 weeks SLH CBD will be 3-5 more weeks, yield on them 3 plants was 274.4 grams in soil. Gorilla Glue was 226.7 grams in soil. Got another crop going in new tent Candita CBD , Blueberry Kush and BC Big Bud.

Hi dear, about the heat. The whole board of the light is aluminum hood, this is good for heat dissipation. But since it works in relatively closed environment, we suggest you add a fan if the light works over 8 hours/day.
For your issue, we will feedback to our company:)

Sorry, now we have no tent like this. Maybe you can use a white pen to design. lol.

I understand that, just seems like it needs a finned heatsink like other companies are offering when run that hard

I have a fan blowing across the fans ,no heat issues ,all though i do think i may have had the light over the exodus a little to close ,no burning just looks lighter than other two.I have noticed that with leds and cobs ,that you can get bleaching .It effects the leaf tissue,once you raise the light after a few days it get better .Well did last time i had problem,so hoping its case this time.

I’m unsure as to whether that will actually help keep the tent cooler. It may pull more heat off of the light.. but the heat is still in the tent. Fans over it in tight space is best. With the sf4000 the minimum clearance I’d give it from the ceiling is 2ft.

Also in a tent.. I would use an active intake blowing down on top of the light and extract from the bottom of the tent.

My issue is with the heatsink itself getting crazy hot not the tent, or the room in my case. To the point that it would instantly burn my hand touching it, having a small fan blowing over it I can leave my hand on it all day. So to me it seems it isn't dissipating enough heat, which I think would also reduce the efficiency of the leds themselves? also with the heatsinks being on top they also would get very hot which had me unsettled.

Just a suggestion from me, still gonna continue using my light just probably wouldn't buy another unless that issue was sorted.

It’s best to push air into your grow area I have A 4” AC infinity going into tent full time and A 6” pulling air out in flower no heat issues whatsoever so I suggest the same sort of setup. I’m in veg again now and just setup new 5x5 tent but no lights yet for flowering so the same setup is going here air in air out, it’s perfect With the SF4000 I might just grab 2 SF2000 lights for this tent but look what the SF4000 can produce! Notice the yo-yos to hold colas up!

I have a 200mm exhaust fan and a 150mm intake I have no idea why you are bringing this up. I am not sure if you read my post? My issue is with the aluminium heatsink on the back of the led boards.

Again i have no issue with the performance of this light. Ill post up 2 plants i recently harvested under this light.

My issue stems from the fact i needed an extra fan ran against this heatsink to keep it at adequete temps.
