Get them a fan if they don't have one. The only time my girls don't have a fan on them is during sprouting. Once she has enough of a leaf that she can hold onto a rod with that leaf and a cotyledon she gets a small laptop fan. Air circulation is crucial.

I have a fan and the plants move slightly. The mold is white on top of the dirt only watering 15ml every 2 days when top looks dry

yeah, but for some reason... with some LED grow lights, if you use the back of your hand and it's fine. lets say you have your light 8-12" from your canopy... sometimes you get bleaching. which sucks. but I'm thinking.. that's for higher watt leds. all of my leds are 100-130W and I can keep them as close as 14" maybe closer (haven't tried) and the plants do just fine.

Back of the hand technique is for HPS/CMH... high intensity lighting. LEDs put out MUCH less heat, as they use less wattage to produce the same amount of light, therefore the hand technique simply doesn't work.

Could use a LUX light meter (relatively cheap to buy, or a can use a smart phone app which is much less accurate but gives a good idea) to measure how much light your plants are getting at the top of the canopy and go based on that to gauge proper light height/intensity for your setup

The app is fairly accurate as long as your not using an old af smart phone. I mean, itll be a few thousand LUX off, but several people with LUX meters have tested it, and it's not more than 5-10k off.

As an example, my 260w HLG Diabo board at 12in turned up on full blast puts out around 130k lux at canopy height. And that number is fairly consistent
