Know it’s got white hairs. My concern is the way the preflower looks. I’ve never seen anything like it

It's a Hermie. Not every node is going to have it, a male plant would have it on every node . I think If you want to save it remove it. Some more might grow, so watch out for it. As long as you keep doing that I think it will not pollinate and save energy from growing the seeds.
