We can't tell you off of a time frame. The time frames given by the seedbanks are flat out bullshit 98% of the time.

You cannot tell how ripe it is without checking trichomes. What strain is it

Not being able to see the trichs, I'd say sure, hack it down. At least it looks pretty mature.

Seed came from Colorado. I was given some flower and brought it home to Kentucky. It was especially good flower and plant came up about June 10th.

Here's what I get from that pic.

I can't see the trichomes the way I would like to however I see not 1 single amber. Not even on the sugar leaves.

The sugar leaves trichomes mature before the buds trichomes do.

With this info I would say it is not done.
