Anyone know what’s up with these babies before I jump out my window

If the OP is using tap water, calmag may not even be necessary.
People just use it because they read somewhere that they should with coco.......not even knowing whether they need it.
I never have to use calmag.
I was able to use tap with no CalMag my entire veg last run. Calcium deficiency did show up as the autos went into flower though.

But you are 100% right though. People try coco and read all the (mis)information about coco and calcium deficiencies and just add it in without knowing if it's even needed.

CalMag will definitely raise your EC and I'd assume the root ex would too. Add CalMag to your water first before the A and B. If you find after everything is added that your final EC of that mix is too high you can dilute the mix with plain water. At least that way after adding the recommended A and B nutrients that the final feed nutrients are mixed at the correct ratio.
This is the first time I’ve used cal-mag and I suppose as I’ve been adding it I’ve been adding less food because I’ve been going off my ec stick

You said you EC stick was flashing between 0.4 and 0.6 EC. Is it the Blue Lab truncheon? If so when it flashes between two readings it means the EC is between those. So flashing between 0.4 and 0.6 would mean 0.5 EC. GL

my water is flashing between 0.4 and 0.6 E.C

so what do u thinking I should add in after my root ex and my cal-mag? What can my E.c go up to?
Sorry I've only recently noticed the new posts, 1st 1.2EC is about right, it's up to you to fine tune it buy reading the plant.
Fwiw it's worth every time you add some shite from a fancy bottle your ec goes up, so in effect your using a higher amount of calmag for example but less actual full profile nutrient, ditch the bottles of root stim and all other such junk.
I'm not saying there not worthwhile but imo only in the hands of a real expert even then does the difference justify the cost?

I think cal-mag IF you need it, A+B and a little pk during flowering and your hard pushed to get it wrong.

We have so called soft water but I've never had to use cal-mag.

100% agree with this. Ditch the extra stuff until you have the basics down.

Seems like they are getting worse now, fed them a stronger feed last night. Took out the cal-mag and pretty much all of the root ex. And gave it 20ml of canna A and 20ml of B! Was flashing 1.5 ec
Today I’ve checked and noticed they still have a very yellow look to them! Some drooping slightly and some leaves stood dead straight

also noticed a couple leaves so this like leopard spot print which I’ve had before which pretty much wiped out all my fan leaves

here’s some pics
