Anyone know what’s causing this to these two plants

So I had all my plants in miracle grow and wanted to get rid of that, so I switched to Fox farm ocean forest it’s been about 3 days since the switch, and the bigger of the two had completely fell over during transfer, a day later she popped back. Now she had these crunchy yellowing leaves and the smaller one is getting the same.... my other plants are fine haven’t grown much since transfer but they are healthy looking...

Nothing is going to grow until adequate roots are established. You’re in fortified soil still. Next time try Dixie cups of Black Gold Seedling Mix. You’ll get faster and healthier growth.

But it will grow eventually? Just needs to establish there roots? I have black gold on its way.. and I’m use jiffy coco pots becuae in rough with my hands I need to just be able to put it in a the pot lol

You plant autos in the soil and container they will finish in. Yes you can use it for an entire grow. I grow autos in 3 gallon bags. Nothing bigger or you’ll wait forever for it to start growing. While you are waiting you are likely to overwater and kill it or delay it. If you are going to do the entire grow I would suggest adding perlite.

Jiffy pots are trash. Not sure how the coco version compares. You'll have to let your plant get a little tall in these pots. Reason being, in order for those pots to decompose, they need to be constantly moist. Planting at soil level will leave the pot on the dryer side.

Transplant is not good with autos. Again you plant them where they will finish. No transplanting.

I transplant my autos every time. They don't even know it happened.

If you transplant correctly its really not an issue.

If your gonna do that do bottom layer ffof and top 30% happy frog.

Happy frog is lighter decent for seedlings. Once the roots grow deep enough to get to the ffof it should be established enough to not completely fry.
