when you flip to 12-12 is it better to do it starting from lights off or from lights on or should i split the difference or do it gradually or do the 24 hour darkness thing? all opinions are appreciated

If the plants are started outdoors and brought inside to flower it can help relieve stress the plant may have from a change in the environment. If I start outdoors I try to keep a pretty tight schedule to true sunlight hours.

My current light schedule is 6:17 pm to 6:17 am. Don’t ask why it’s 17, I didn’t choose that lol. I get home from work at 6:30, so my lights just come on. Gives me time to water and do what I need to for her daylight cycle so I don’t mess with her too much.
