Attitude / Seedsman orders to Australia

This what they said today re status of my order;

We have the payment for that order and it is being processed.

I am afraid we have some large lags at the moment which we are working through.

That sounds gernerick. Try again, If u dont get a decent reply then just ring ur CC provider for a Charge Back.

Same here which is why I am not prepared to wait, not now it seems too risky and honestly 2+ weeks from order and not processed is a bit eh. This being first seedsman order was hoping for a different experience. There was a few real good strains which aroused me so I'm feeling a bit anticlimax lol
 
Ya win some ya loose some, the way everything is locked down probs slim to no chance of getting things threw customs before you even put your order in.
I was going to put in a decent order from over seas but after seein everyones experience with delays recently i decided against the idea.
Wouldn't blame the company at all..

I've ordered off them before, all good, quality seeds, I have no issues with the company, it's just the world we live in at the moment
 
Seedsman has been good, but is a real risk at the moment. I ordered in June to QLD and still nothing. Raised a ticket but only generic responses. Paid all the extra everything too. It doesn’t look like they wanna reship either. They are in Spain, which is something to consider at the moment. I get the feeling they are down on staff from covid, and they are getting oceans of orders through. I notice on trustpilot some guys ordered a month after me and their order numbers are about 50,000 odd higher than mine! I tried attitude (UK) first time too. I only just got confirmation but man what a difference! Regular contact, emails answered sometimes within the hour! Multiple payment options. Way less freebies but if they come through, I will hit them on the Black Friday promo.
 
Cheers aye I have not heard about attitude. Yeah I understand shits tough atm, but I didn't know of the issues with customs or delays until well after I'd ordered. Wish they'd have refunded, instead of marking my order as shipped as soon as I requested a refund. That left sour taste :/ There is no tracking option either
 
Had 4/5 orders all come through from attitude during the covid madness the one that didn’t make it was insured and they re-sent it a bday card came proper quick.
Sine then I never get it with a gift as the package is bigger and more likely to be checked.
The cards or padded envelope are most stealthy.

An interesting experience I had with an order I made through Aliexpress for a metal weed grinder. Ordered same time as the seeds (5 months ago)- tracking info showed that it arrived in Sydney from Singapore around a month ago. A couple days ago I check the tracking and see that it's been sent back to sender via Singapore and it was 'undeliverable'. What a mess the post system is at the moment..

Hard times indeed hence my request to refund, prior to seedsman shipping my order, but they sent it anyways after I explained the risk of customs being tight in AUS re the Chinese seeds and covid delays.

I think i saw ur comment on their trustpilot site?? Its not looking good through them atm. I got an attitude order through last week. Tracking all the way so at least you know it has been despatched. U might have to write this one off, as a few other frustrated aussie growers on here seem to have done... they dont seem to be trusted anymore...
 
received my order from attitude today with no seeds in it this was a reship as first one didnt clear melbourne hasnt been opened by customs just dont think they put the seeds in waiting to hear back from attitude
 
Wish we had platform where we can trade seeds here in oz. I'm put off buying completely now which is harsh, being a self confessed seed hoarder :roll:
@Shooey yeah they kept editing their reply on trustpilot. I found they communicate much quicker publicly, however ignore email correspondence

There are a few aussie guys doin it at the moment but its just as hard to sift through the legit ones. Aussie baked beans and chronic seeds just a couple. There is a few threads on here with guys having mixed reviews with them.
