It an auto thats why I put it in a final pot. Its 5 gall I believe. its at day 16

Dont water the whole pot just around the plant itself untill its big enough to tske on that much water. If it dtays wet longer than 3 days its prob too much

That's a myth. Autos can be transplanted without any slowdown in growth if done properly. Even Mephisto, who only sells autos, recommends starting in solo cups and transplanting after 2 weeks.
Your plants are tiny for 16 days old. What causes the worst slowdown in growth?........starting in a large pot or transplanting? I think you've found out.
These plants are 18 days from sprout.........2 days older than yours for a comparison.

My autos day 12, also suffered a over watering a few days back, but they are bouncing back now
