Deformed branch! Should i cut it off or leave it?

so i have this weird deformed part of the plant and as i am new to growing i do not know if it is okay to leave it or should i cut it off? It is just this small branch on the whole plant. Weird.

These are my lights. They say 4000w and 1000w i have heard that it is not true. I am new to all this. Just got done flushing my plants as they were sitting in lava as people would say due to way to many nutes i fucked up. I do not know of any bugs.

Yes they had nutrient overdose. I was fucking up big time like a stupid idiot. I am still am i think. I am trying to learn been reading but i am starting to freak out. I flushed them recently a week ago.

Was told to flush them they are not in bud yet. The soil was hot and to many nutrients.
