When should I cut it ? (Approximately)

Hello guys ! So this is my outdoor plant that I started from seed on May 24th, it is now September 17th and it is starting to get cold, sometimes (2 to 1 degrees Celsius during the night) it stills tough, but I wonder when should I cut it approximately. It started growing buds about two weeks and a half ago, so far it looks like this It stands at 5.1ft

Rally not sure have many conditions that play a role don't be in a rush to cut though it's like wine

If the cold plays a part and starts affecting the plant.. bring it in, or cut it when you have no other choice..

yeah the problem is that it's directly in the ground since day one so I kinda can't take it in :/

Make a makeshift greenhouse with some PVC and plastic. That will give you a longer time to keep it outside.
