Can plants come back??

Hey guys so I have five autos in a 4 x 2 tent that I recently discovered we’re not getting enough light. I have since rectified that problem but I’m wondering is it worth it to try to keep some of the larger plants in there that I’ve already started to flower and haven’t progressed for weeks or should I get rid of them? It smells like hay now at the top stem but i did notice tricomes starting to form on lower bud site. Is this one too far gone or can she be saved?? Thanks for you suggestions.

If you rectified the problem, why get rid of them?

Smells will come out as flowering gets further along, and isn't really indicative of potency anyway. Just keep on going... worst that happens is you get a lower yield than you would have wanted, but if everything else is on point, you should get some good nugs

Edit: Also, blue/purple lights aren't the best... different lighting will make a WORLD of difference in growth rates, smells, yield, etc.

Im not sure. Im guessing genetics. There is another Seed that came from this breeder that it started to grow all kinds of crazy and so short that I initially did not have to train it.
Honestly your plants look really good to me, I dont see any burning or drooping, I bet they start to fatten up the buds here soon, good luck!

Its about the quality of the light itself. Most high quality lights use diodes that have white light, with several far red diodes for added flower power.

Lights that have switches for flower and bloom, or who produce blue or red or purple lighting are generally of lower quality in terms of what the plant is receiving.

There's a whole forum section on lighting, and LED lights at that, where you'll see the trusted/high quality lights. I personally run an HLG brand light, but there are several good LED companies to choose from, that will produce plants that grow MUCH healthier/bigger/better.

Okay. Ive had some other threads and have been reading about lights for a week. My head hurts lol. Thats how i figured out they weren’t getting enough. I quickly bought these cheap lights because I panicked but I have better lights that will be here this weekend. Mars hydro 2000. 300w

3 finger leaves are natural characteristics of an auto or more specifically what’s bred into it.
