I have an air pump and stones already, I was going to be making teas every couple weeks but meh lol I’ll get another bucket tomorrow I think. Could I possibly mix Epsom salt into the teas?
Oh ya. I've never added it to any teas, but it would be fine.

I also dissolve the Epsom salt in warm water before I add it to my water when I water with it.

I figure dissolve in the water, start bubbling and add my dry ingredients with a paint strainer should be good? Bubble for 12-24 hours and then feed?

Tea brewing. Ingredients are, 1 1/2 gallon RO water, fish and kelp with molasses fert, 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt, 1/4 cup EWC, 1/4 cup Compost and a sprinkle of 3-9-4 dr earth, not much at all maybe a tablespoon. I’ll let this brew until this evening and then water and foliar spray with it. Epsom salt should have plenty of time to dissolve in this tea?F75F286B-9413-46E2-913D-CF76E5D4DC31.jpeg

That should be fine. I brew for 24-48 hours though. Also since you're using RO water, you might want to add Cal-Mag regularly. I use my well water which has Ca in it already and my dry amendments have lot of Ca too, so I usually just need a little extra Mg occasionally which is why the Epsom salt works so perfectly for me. I forgot to mention about the RO water last night.

The progression looks to be similar. The first pic to the last pic was maybe a little over a week. View attachment 4685044View attachment 4685048
I'm going to take a stab at this and suggest it might calcium related as well. I'd be expecting to see a mg deficiency look worse further down the plant, on the lower fans. But lookouts can appear different. Calcium and magnesium go pretty hand in hand. If your plant is deficient in one, then it's probably deficient in the other as well. Potassium deficiency / lockout will probably soon follow, or has already started too.

It's a small pot, so i'd rule out a lockout first off and run to waste when you water. Salt accumulation could be causing your problem.
Because it's a small pot i'm doubtful it's a ph problem, or overwatering, but it's still within the realm of possibility.

If all else is failing, consider an organic calcium source like dolo or gypsum.

Best of luck.

Those pics were actually from his last grow. His new grow looks a little different.

So do you think the tablespoon or so of flower girl in the tea will do for the calcium?
I've never used flower girl, but I doubt it's gonna add much immediately available Ca. I top dress with stuff that has lots of Ca, but it takes time to break down. I'd get a bottle of calmag to have anyways. I have a bottle of Earth Juice OilyCann in case I need it, but I haven't opened it in over a year now.

You can also make your own Ca solution for readily available Ca. I've never done it though.

I have some other bottles of nutrients but they’re samples. I’ll post pics in a few. Really want to keep it organic and have never used the products before

These are the other things I have. Like I said never used them. The magnum says it’s a magnesium supplement with vitamin B1
The others just say N,P,K

You don't need the Magnum stuff. You've got Epsom salt, which gives you Mg and S.

The one on the left looks interesting. It should say how much Ca is in it on the back.

The Rhizo Blast sounds OK too. I don't see any chemicals in it. I think it's mostly just seaweed. Check the label though.

Neither bottle states calcium in it.. maybe I’ll buy some organic calmag from le amazon if I must lol

Also... do you think I can scoop out some of the tea I’m making for a foliar spray now?? Lights are off, Epsom salt should be broken down in the water. I’m too lazy to go fill my 10 gallons up lol

I premix my Epsom salt in a little bit of warm water in a Mason jar. Then I pour that in the bucket and add whatever else I want.

I'm lazy too. I'd just leave the tea brewing for 24-48 hours, and make a little batch of Epsom salt only in a spray bottle. Pour the Epsom in, add some hot water, mix, then when it's dissolved add cold water to adjust the temp to around 70 degrees. Then spray away.

This way you will be changing just one variable instead of many. All that's in Epsom is Mg and S. If you spray them with this spray a couple days in a row, you might notice they look better. And that will confirm if it's a Mg deficiency of not. I think you might learn more this way.

And you said lights are off. You're still vegging right?

Still vegging, lights are off for 3 more hours. Trying to conserve energy during the day lol. I just mixed a 1/4 teaspoon of Epsom salt in a spray bottle with a bottle of water and shook vigorously for about 30 seconds. No salt crystals at the bottom of the bottle. Sprayed the whole top of the canopy with about 40 sprays and zipped her back up. She looks all sad because the water. 0BAEC829-2D98-44EF-A079-0AA5B32AAED2.jpeg
