What is this?

So it looks like it happened before I transplanted. Unless it can show up the next day after transplanting?? What do you think? I added 2 cups of flower girl to my mix. A little less actually. Maybe it’s too hot, but it’s def not burning tips, just causing a light green/yellow striping on some. Not all. Here are pics from today
If that big of a plant was in a 3 gal pot then ya, it's probably starving and has eaten a lot of the nutes in that little pot. It looks like it wants a little Mg. Epsom salt will provide Mg. Or use Cal-Mag if you need Ca too.

You just transplanted it, so give it some time, and I'm sure she'll look happy again soon. But watch for Mg deficiency later on. My FFOF needed to be supplemented with more Mg after a bit. I'd suggest giving it a little Epsom salt occasionally, it's got Mg and S. You can do a foliar spray with it for the plant to absorb it the quickest if you want. I'm usually too lazy for that though, and just mix it with water.

If you have that good fish and seaweed shit, I'd feed the newly transplanted pot some when it's time to water again. That will help kick start the microbes and give the plants some quicker absorbed nutes for now. I use Neptune's Harvest Fish and Seaweed, and then add my own Hi-Brix molasses to it sometimes.

I go through similar issues when I force a plant to be in a 3 gal too long. I have 2 plants right now that are begging for the transplant to the 15 gal, but they need to wait until I harvest one of the plants in my flower closet. I actually could fit one in there now, but I'm liking to keep things simpler anymore. The first time I had 9 plants in my closet. Now I prefer 2 or 3. I only have 2 in there now.

I just watered a half gallon, I can mix some in right now and give her another half gallon. I water a little bit every day (a few quarts) to keep the top couple inches moist until the pot gets bone dry by the next day. Then I give a full watering again with no runoff.

looks like over-ferting led to nute lockout to me. how long have you had the tip burn?
That was my last harvest. It turned out to be nitrogen toxicity from nutrient spikes. Removed them, flushed and the problem stopped. This current plant is different. But it looks sort of similar?
