What bug? What to do?

Please help? Are these spiter mites? Shall I just spray with neem and disinfect the grow room?
Looks like thrips to me. I've found Spinosad to be very effective against thrips. For Spinosad I usually use captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew. I'll do a foliar spray and soil drench.

Based on photos I found online of a certain stage of spider mite development, I feel pretty confident they are those.

Either way I dont want these fuckers around, so I'm spraying neem oil.

Will come back and spray eucalyptus oil and use diatomaceous earth and increase the fan blowing while planning to raise humidity and keep temp slightly lower.

I'm also working to better seal the grow room's sliding door, there is a bit of light that leaks OUT of the room into the outside world and pests could possible be attracted to it and find their way in.

I've tried to add a curtain between the sliding door sides, to block the light and pests but it is not 100% sealed and I'm finding it difficult to fully seal that.

No it was soil from a super soil seller. But I had it sitting in an open container for a week on the side of my house, prior to using. Was that a terrible idea?

Not necessarily because soil life is an active part of composting processes.

I still remain adamant that what you have are some juvenile springtails who are detrivorous feeders.
For gods sake don’t go and take microscope to your soil as you’ll see it teeming with soil life!

Thanks @jondamon

I had yet another sprout turn for the worst and show this infection/infestation. It was exactly on cue when the third set of leaves came. I hadn't started to use insecticide on the room yet, when this sprout was growing.

Now I have quarantined the infected plants and now have new sprouts coming up with (mostly) different soil. I have sprayed the grow room with insecticide and neem oil. I got weather proofing for my door coming, eucolpytis oil coming and diatomaceous earth on the way too.

How do I avoid this horrible nightmare again, that has cost me so much time and seeds? I am planning to raise humidity with a humidifier and I'm keeping temps in the mid range.

I feel pretty confident that I am getting back on track...

I supose bugs will HATE my garden area with all the neem oil I sprayed in there and I've also sprayed the following which should kill or repel most types of bugs for 2 weeks!
