Why are they facing up ?

For the past week my plants have been facing up after the 6h of light. I’m on day 20 of flower and they Bud are still very small. What can this be. I don’t have any light leak. They look healthy but Is weird It keeps facing up like protecting the bud not letting light in or something . What you guys suggest it is ?

If they are reaching up towards the lights that is usually a sign of healthy activity. The leaves are trying to absorb as much light as possible. 6h of light does not seem like enough tho so maybe bump up to a 12/12 schedule?

It's the leafs that do the work building the bud, the bud itself has very limited ability to absorb light, exhale oxygen, evaporate water etc.
What I'm seeing looks normal for some strains.

they are on 12/12h they are on week 3 of bud. But they appear to close the bud instead of spreading out. Here are some pictures. Is like trying to close it instead of spread it

What kind of lights are you using and how far are they from the top of the canopy?
Looks to me like they may be reaching for light. I have also seen some strains do this the first week or two of flower. They usually fix themselves pretty quick if this was the case.
Let us know some info about the lights you're using and height

Yes, thank for the helps.
They are high pressure sodium 1000w
They are aproxímate 2m ( the top of the plant to the light )
The levels of co2 ( 900ppm )
I really never seen all the plantA stressed this way. At night they all point to the sealing except the fan leafs. It apresd like the leaf is not letting the bud grow it tries to cover it like a shell. Any suggestion. I’m on day 20 of flower

Man your just tripping, your plants are fine. You don’t have to keep starting new threads for the same question.

I really think they’re ok. How far away is your lights? Dimmed?

Why would they try to reach the light when the cycle is dark ( at night ) .

Thanks, I’ll try to lower 2 light and see if they make a change. But my light are pretty high power 1000w. I’ll try all my cards

It’ll help them, not that it’s a problem, they’re just reaching for a little more light.

I also agree it doesn't appear to be PROBLEM. They look super healthy. But lowering the light a little may help it visually.
