Not much here, yesterday I got the results for the six Gorilla Pops, about as good as expected.



3 confirmed males, 2 confirmed females, 1 confirmed X. This is a copy/paste from the email explaining the X.

I have good news for you, our team has now finished the sex analysis of your samples. We were able to finalize results for all but 1 sample. This pending sample is now undergoing clean-up for a few days before re-testing in higher sensitivity enzymes and protocols. It will follow its own unique re-testing protocol using higher sensitivity enzymes to radiate a stronger signal. I'll shoot you an update by the middle of next week as soon as testing is finalized.

So right now #2 is waiting on the lab.

You have to stay positive my friend, even when life throws you a blow you have to look at the pros and cons and focus on the pros, why waste the energy on the cons. I don't dwell on the past, thats history, nothing can be done about it!

A cooking thread? I like the idea, but I hate sharing recipes. It's been my experience when I share something the people who try it tend to make adjustments, then complain it wasn't the same as they had it when I made it. Or they rush something.

My last straw was a couple years ago. I do like entertaining people and when it comes to larger groups I usually lay down some BBQ, and when I lay out some fucking Q my Smoked Baked Bean's are there. Its simple just mix it up and put it in the smoker/oven for 3 hours. I do prefer the smoker and I never have any left.

So back in the day after one of my gatherings my asshole father in law ask for the recipe as he was having a gathering coming up, knowing him he was going to tell everyone it was something he came up with. I wasn't able to attend due to work.... Anyways my girlfriend did and said the beans where a disaster and no one cared for them. So I talked to him and he said " Yeah they didn't turn out good, did you give me the wrong recipe, they were nothing like yours". So curious I started asking questions and finally asked how long were they in for, his reply "I just mixed up everything in a pot and heated it for 30 minutes or so". I wanted to slap him!

My love for smoked baked beans makes that story very cringe worthy but not surprising. I think with time I may adopt your stance with the recipes. I respect that it bothers you when people don't execute properly. You nailed it on the head that people tend to make adjustments, substitutions or mess up on timing. People think that somebody can just tell/show them how to swim and now they're ready to jump in the deep end. I just realized while typing this that i'm very petty. I'll watch them flapping around in the water from the cabana yelling good luck buck-o don't forget to kick your feet!!!

So I've been taking advantage of my extra time and getting my act together, one thing I have been meaning to do is vent my small veg tent out the window. Since I don't have the light cranked up I just always vented it into the room itself. I was at Lowe's getting supplies yesterday and got the stuff. It actually shaved a few degrees off the room and the two tents in there.



Speaking of exhaust I got the exhaust manifold built for the other room completed the other day, I should have took a picture or two as I am quite pleased with the outcome. Three 6 inch exhaust outlets, the one currently not in use is for a portable AC unit that I shouldn't need to next summer, just future proofing.



Here are the twins, one picture I have shared before and the second is what I put together this morning.







East way to tell the Twins apart is the tape on the filter/fan. A has black tape and B has foil tape. Besides that they are identical, both have Timber Redwood VS's. Phresh 6x24 550 CFM filters with 6 inch Active Air fans

The Clone Cave will get roughed in tonight.

Well I was going to update the other day with some pictures, but due to technical difficulty this update is limited. I discovered my SD card reader is fucked. When transferred to my PC I thought everything went smooth as always and cleared my SD card, come to find out only a fraction actually transferred. When I take pics I usually pop around 50 or so and keep the ones I like, however these are the lonely few.

Ran out of room in the veg tent and got one of the HLG 65's hanging, got it dimmed to about 20% and the pictures don't do it justice, they are bright little suckers. Here are some leggy Grape Blows. They got like that in the veg tent try to have a few plants of different age under the same light.



DNA samples of these are getting taken tomorrow. The one plant is Gorilla Pops #2 which was labeled as X waiting for the results.

Hey everyone, still waiting on my new SD card reader so no pictures..... I could with my phone, but I actually hate cell phones and I like the pictures my camera takes.... Plus even though I am thinking about it, right now I am drinking beer and not feeling it.... Anyways....

I collected samples for the Grape Blow and sent off the 11 samples today. Just now I got the email from the lab about plant X, I copy/pasted some from the email.

I hope you're having a good close to your week. Yes, we finally got a result for you. Ready for even better news? You got another Female! Your sample needed a bit of extra love and higher sensitivity enzymes to amplify a stronger genetic signal.

I am done with Envy Genetics for awhile. I like the guy behind it, they are some beautiful plants, and I can't wait to smoke some. My problem is all the fucking males I have gotten, like I said I understand the gamble. Just woke up and got an email from lab, nervous and excited at the same time. That said I am very happy with Delta Leaf Labs, their service is saving me much time and effort. Thankfully I am set up for cloning to be able to run what females I do have for awhile.

I'm a seed dummy, no clue why, but I do know it blows chunks!

I know it cost your hard earned money, but at least you did not suffer the usual caring and feeding until sexable.

Exactly! This is what is putting me behind. Thankfully I got those Clearwater Genetic fems.



As I said earlier I already popped some Guava Melt, and don't remember if I said anything here the pack had 20 seeds in it, and it was a freebie.

Brother, I still have yet to use it. Sometime ago I did a test run where it is set up and my water was getting too warm, so I never tried. I won't have AC in that room until next year, and I didn't have the time to constantly monitor it. I decided to wait till it cooled off some, which it has now, so finally should fire it up soon.

Crumbs looks legit man. Earlier today I was tying up a stem on one of the Ring Pops in the back. My hand smelled like rainbow sherbet, so far the females I do have are flowering great.

Whats going on everyone!

The 2 Ring Pops finishing up, got a couple weeks to go.





Pop Rocks. Still got a bit to go.



Speaking of Pop Rocks, the other day I slid the remaining 4 into flower.



I didn't know if I wanted to say, but fuck it, I am 99% sure they are all female. When I started testing I didn't have these done. So as it stands the pack of Pop Rocks was 5/5. That put me in a good mood!

Also sometime ago I talked about switching to General Hydroponics, and that time has come. I am going to finish the plants that are finishing up with Dyna Gro but all the others just started getting the GH treatment.
