As best I can I can tell from the pictures is they are thirsty. Soil looks dry and leaves look a little heat stressed. pics under natural light would help.

what have you been feeding them?

I see heat stress for sure but im also seeing a nitrogen overload in the 1st pic I believe. Hard to say with the lighting though.

I water every 3 days thereabouts cause thats when the soil tends to dry out, ive been feeding them FF tiger bloom and Big bloom in recommended amounta per gallon, i feed them every 2nd watering so about every 6 days in PHd to 6.3-6.5

They seem to have mostly recovered and I think it was due to heat stress like yall were saying but the new growth is looking yellowish like you pointed out still and im getting a lot of brown spots oj a couple leaves now

With you giving them better light.. they will demand more food to keep up with the light. Try to dim the lights to like 60% and give it a couple days. Keep the air flow good inside.

When you water/feed you should saturate til you get about 20% runoff. Unless it's a seedling.

This may be a dumb question but when you say they demand more food does that mean feed them more?, im following the instructions on the bottle but I should be giving more now right? I just don't want to burn them especially since they're kinda fragile rn

Feed as you normally would. I wouldn't go full throttle using fox farm liquid nutes tho. Use maybe 20% recommended and gradually work more in as you go. You can feed them if you don't give them enough... but you cant repair the leaves from nute burn. Better safe than sorry.
