Feminized Seeds. Succeptible to hermaphrodite?

Whats good peeps, do you guys prefer feminized seeds or regular seeds? Ive had fairly bad luck with my last couple plants. I had one notorious THC from HSC herm on me and i never noticed till today, i found very small male flowers at the bottom of my bud sites. I found one seed, just pissed off because I control my environment humidity and temp, i havent done anything to force the plant to herm, both plants were extremely healthy and happy.

Backtrack two weeks before i harvested this transvestite today, The second one was only a few weeks into flower, and had started producing some fairly large seed sacks and i thought that it had hermed on me and i assume i have found my culprit how, i thought this whole time till today that it had hermed but it was most likely pollinated by the notorious thc, if I would’ve known this i probably wouldve let it ride for the seeds for a cross, this was unintentional breeding at its finest, lmao. I never noticed that the plant right behind it had very teeny tiny male flowers at the very bottom under the buds until i harvested and started trimming, (the notorious THC) Im hoping this harvest wasnt for nothing because it is some absolutely beautiful bud, no nanners throughout entire buds, was just small ones at the bottoms of some bud sites.

Those look like nanners in the above picture to me..... I recently had a plant make nanners growing outside because I started it inside and forgot to reduce the hours before placing it outside since it was early in the season, it began flowering right away and I tried doing light deprivation for it and wasn’t consistent with that so the plant grew nanners which are different than actual full male parts(balls). But it was pretty much at harvest time so I started a staggered harvest (how I usually do) but every day it grew more and more nanners so I just harvested it all within a week. It turned out to be great smoke. I always buy feminized seeds but my “problem” was a grower error not anything to do with the seeds. It didn't really turn out to be a problem though because I didn't find any seeds and the bud dried and cured fine. I researched a lot about the male parts vs nanners and learned a lot there is a lot of info out there.
I think your bud will be fine if you harvest, dry and cure properly.
But you probably want to figure out why they produced nanners in the first place so you don't repeat that, again the reason mine did was because of the inconsistent light it received ;):weed:

Thanks for your input. Im well aware its a nanner. They were at the lowest part of every bud that i found them at, not every single site threw them but quite a few did, they were tucked under some leaves. Wouldve never seen them otherwise while trimming. No light leaks, temp never went past 82 degrees and my humidity stayed between 45-60 rh the entire time it was in flower.

Ive seen a lot of herm reviews from HSC. I had a couple issues with Canuk. A few seeds is no big deal though. And dont grow seeds that come from herm plants... more likely to herm than their parents.

Hmmm I wonder what happened? But beautiful buds anyways!! :peace: :D
Thanks! Ill snap a pic, did a wet trim today and stuck her in to dry. She smells of fuel, with a hint of cookie on the backend

Thanks for the info, i figured that it got worse as the generations went on. Im going to be looking into other companies here soon. @Useful Seeds has been great so far my blueberries and chocolate that had seed sacs was definitely a culprit of this. (I put more in for veg because i loved the look and smell of this plant so much) Only took me to harvest this one from hsc to figure out what had happened to her.

Yeah Archive just dropped a half dozen feminized moonbow crosses- they are all good. In House Genetics is supposed to be a top notch breeder. Katsu has a bunch of good ones out too.
