I found some 2.5 gallon food grade pails that worked good for bigger amounts, not jar tight but enough to increase moisture. Lids are a fight to get off.I like that idea just gonna load up on big jars and throw in the packs how often do I have to open it or just throw a pound in a big jar n one big boveda pack or do I put more then one pack in a jar?

the 69 packs work good also. I use pint jars and put the pack right in the middle of jar.you can go for months when it comes to curing, the last batch I had I cured for 6 months and it was the smoothest, cleanest outdoor bud I've ever smoked.
the packs actually keep from mold occurring, if you do see mold its probably because you didn't properly clean out your jar or it was already preexistence in your bud.
even opening up your jar too often could get a possibility of getting a spore in there, if you're iffy about the higher humidity level maybe go with the 58% pack and get a little hygrometer to put in there to see where your levels are at for humidity as to not go too high but with a 2 way I doubt it will rear from its expected percentage
