if the sign is visable from the freeway, maybe someone should make some anonomous complaints about it slowing traffic and causing near collisions. Nothing works better than deeming it a safety hazard.

The sign is hardly illegal, and I'm gonna guess that Alan is fairly outnumbered on his block. The police probably just find it to be funny and I'll bet they have been called out there plenty already, so they aren't going to lift a finger to take those signs down, or it would have happened already (meaning the signs can't possibly be illegal).
Alan need to bake that gut some brownies or perhaps thats too obvious. Maybe a little weed spaghetti.....

personally, i think alan needs to move... cause mr. sign penis is an asshole, will always find something to compain about, and is now even more upset that his bold statement had basically no effect; so im sure he will be all over alan for ANYTHING and everything... maybe even going as far as to stoop real low, and i wouldnt want to see how low that douche can get... i imagine its not pretty
