Do you find these to be worth the price given the durability? The air blasting directly on your plants should be limited to a gentle breeze. I like to put my wall fans at a height below the lighting but above the canopy and then more on the ground below the canopy. Have some oscillating fans (pedestal kind) that are at plant height blowing between my rows but I have space for that.
You may find that using more fans of smaller size does a better job but the downside is replacing dead ones. The trick nowdays is finding a fan that lasts, I am always replacing fans. The more you have, the more there are to fail. I probably replace one a month. The only fans I have that last are the commercial ones I lucked into on Amazon but they are big. I mounted them on strut channel so I could slide them up and down as the plants grow.

My Hurricane's have been going strong for the last couple years, could have gotten lucky I suppose. The air blasting directly on your plants should be limited to a gentle breeze. You must have because I replace those often. Need to find an 18 inch oscillator that lasts. My Hurricane's have been going strong for the last couple years, could have gotten lucky I suppose.
The air king industrials work great but the smallest oscillating is 24" and kind of pricey at $225You must have because I replace those often. Need to find an 18 inch oscillator that lasts.
I been using these where I can fit them and they have been bullet proof. The air king industrials work great but the smallest oscillating is 24" and kind of pricey at $225
Hey Ren, what height do you keep your fans? I’ve been told to keep my fans in the space between the top of the canopy and the lightsI should add that they move a LOT of air, even on low speed. I typically use a variac and set them on slow then turn them down to around 80 - 90 volts to slow them a little more.
What kind of lights do you have? I try to have my fans blowing on the legs and a small fan blow over the top of the canopyHey Ren, what height do you keep your fans? I’ve been told to keep my fans in the space between the top of the canopy and the lights
